My family and I had an unfortunate accident causing us to have a shattered window and we reached out to this company for help. Not only were they on top of helping us, but they had our new glass installed in less than 24 hours of the accident! Having an older home, it can be difficult to find a company willing to help with such a task and on such a time crunch. Matt and the Griggs & Son crew are far beyond what we could have expected. Thank you so very much for your service and support through this. We wouldnt trust anyone else with our home and the safety of our family.

One month later. And I get a call from Diane telling me that they need to reschedule. What takes so damn long to replace a double window panel with grid? Lack of efficiency and consistency. Care less attitude from contractors and companies such as this one is why Ill take my business elsewhere in the future. Horrible with turn around times

I reached out to Griggs & Son to cut some glass tops for our desks. Turn around time was just a few days and the price was more than reasonable. Ill be back for any future glass or mirror projects.
