Arby's

I dont go to fast food most often. My fiance and i went through the drive thur. We didnt have a big order. 2 drinks, 2 meals, with jalapeo poppers. Simple right? Well the for got 2 items which im glad we checked the bag before hitting 140. Just the ine issue i had. And they were not busy maybe 2 people inside. Food was good and full filling for i always lobe the chedder and beef meal with curly fries.

Use to be a great place but the last two times I've went there my food has been wrong and when I ask them to fix it its been cold, idk if there mad they got it wrong and have to remake it or what but awful place now

2nd time coming here and it will be my last. The drive through guy (bald) was extremely rude and abrupt when I ask about a certain item on the menu. I also asked for no ice on my wife's Sprite but said he said No because he already poured it. Lastly, the smokehouse brisket sandwich was very small and underwhelming Blah. I like Arby's but definitely not this location again.

A bunch of idiots working here bought 2 sandwiches and failed to get that right. I'm sure their food is free, fresh and right when they eat..paying customers should have their food prepared properly
