PNC bank is absolutely the worse for modern cimmunication. You call your local branch and press three to speak to a representative and no one ever answers. You call customer service and are told to wait 20 minutes or more and then the line is disconnected after about 10 minutes. Strongly considering changing to another local bank with my substantial deposits. This is very poor communication in today's business world. Awful experience many times repeated.

The tellers here have the worst customer service. I have come in several times to see if I can get change for various bills. Thinking I will get different tellers. They are all very rude, they will not break a bill unless you are a member. I left this past Friday 3/25 and I was mumbling to myself trying to find another bank in the area and one of the tellers had said to me "well fk you too!" I was completely shocked. I asked her to repeat herself and she said "fk you too! Isn't that what you just said to me?" I said no and left. Tried calling corporate but it was Friday afternoon and no one answered. I will not ever go back to this location ever. Worst service!
