I sent EMT a replacement part to fix some equipment. The equipment, was returned in the condition in which EMT received it. Broken! The replacement part that was delivered to EMT to fix the equipment was never used, and the replacement part was never returned to me.
Over multiple service calls, over several years equipment was never comprehensively repaired and broke soon after service call. Calls to EMT are frequently never returned to the office and multiple excuses for sub standard service is given.
Look elsewhere for a dental service company. I do not recommend this one.
