This is my go-to business whenever someone needs breakdown service referrals. I manage a gas station off of a major highway, so this is often. The tow drivers are professional, prompt, and very skilled. (Shout-out Tara!) The dispatch ladies are always polite and cheerful, and I often call in for my customers just to talk to them. The attached mechanic shop is amazing.

A driver named Tom came out and helped me out as I was in a bad situation. And Tom went above and beyond to make sure my car was ok. Not only that if your insurance company says Thompson towing will be out in 1 hr 30 min ask them to call Patrick's towing they showed up with in the next 30 minutes. Thanks!!

Quick, Courteous, Professional
The driver showed up earlier than expected and made no fuss when we discovered my first choice of service location wouldn't be able to take care of my vehicle and we needed to go elsewhere. He made sure I'd be taken care of before expertly parking my vehicle and going on his way.
