This store is very dishonest and doesn't care about it's customers. I dropped of an instrument for basic service and was given a 3-4 week repair estimate. Here we are over 2 months later and I still don't have it. They are not proactive to inform me of what's going on, I have to nag them just to get things moving. I've been told so many dates that I can pick it up only for those dates to fly by with no care from them. Do not do business with them.

Unfortunately this store either had poor management or were run by misbehaving teenagers with poor attitude on the day or our visit. Im sorry to give site a 1 star but the service was quite poor.

This was our 1st visit to this location 04/19 @19:10. Husband wanted to pick up strings for his Guitars and I wanted to check Violin prices. Staff was intially pleasant upon entry, the gentleman working was very friendly, but it was at checkout that the experience went south. The girl who rung us up (Cinta F) asked my Husband what kind of Guitars he was stringing since he had one Acoustic and one Classical string. He told her Acoustics, she did the right thing, and showcased her knowledge by letting him know that the Classical string isn't meant for Acoustic. However, when he said he knew but wanted to try something out, after all Music is about experimentation, she became visibly agitated again insisting that it was incorrect. She then took his choice of Classical string, swapped it for a very slightly more expensive one (he didn't notice the switch until after we left, as he thought she had gone to check a price) then spent the rest of the transaction still insisting that it's not the right kind while sneering and rolling her eyes. It felt like she didn't like that he wasn't taking her advice, was reprimanding him and didn't want to process the purchase unless it was done her way. What should've been a simple 1-2 min transaction took a few more minutes with her tone and behavior becoming so disrepectful that it would have escalated into a conflict had it continued. While it is great that she wanted to ensure customer satisfaction by showcasing her unsolicited knowledge, if your customer wants to purchase something even if it's "incorrect", it's not up to her or anyone else.
