I have really enjoyed this location and their staff. After years of not being able to wear contacts due to dry eye, this is the place that found the right fit for me. For that I will always have a warm place in my heart for this team. I am sad to say that they no longer support my insurance so I will miss coming here. But I do recommend this place for others that are on the look out.

Both my husband and I have had a great experience at Revolution Eyes. Mackenzie is awesome and super helpful. Cierra assured me I was in great hands and she explained everything before testing. Shes the best! Dr. Generie is amazing! She takes her time and is very thorough. She answered all of our questions. My frame specialists (cant remember her name) she took her time with me selecting the perfect frames. They collectively eased my anxiety and made me feel comfortable. Youre in great hands with Revolution Eyes!

Ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years and this is hands down the absolute best practice Ive ever experienced for my glasses needs. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Dorsam here for 8 years and now our seven year old is a patient as well. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Dorsam. She is patient and knowledgeable and, above all, she really listens and engages with her patients. The staff here is truly wonderful too and go above and beyond in their care and attention. Honestly, this practice is a gem for the local community.

We are thrilled to have just completed working with Gabby Johnson (optometrist) at RevolutionEYES to develop custom eyewear. Our son hadnt been able to find any frames locally or online to fit his head. I was almost giving up hope until I found RevolutionEYES online. We were cautiously optimistic until we spoke to Gabby and then we became cautiously enthusiastic. She was very patient working with us remotely to get the accurate measurements for his new frame. She even sent us some sample frames in the mail to try on and send her pictures of him wearing them, so she was sure of the exact size. In some ways it was easier to do it remotely than to go into the store and they took our vision insurance too! The Tom Davies manufacturing process for the frames was fascinating as they send video clips of the frames as they progress. The completion of the glasses with lenses was easy and very quick. We received the glasses this week and they were a perfect fit with no adjustment needed. In addition, the price was comparable to what we would have paid in a store but with better service. Thank you so much for your patience and expertise to make what we thought was impossible. possible.

My daughter went to this eyes store for her eyes examination and hard contact lens recently. The hard contact lens maybe the expensive one in Baltimore. The worsen service is my daughter went there to pick up her hard lens. They gave you so much inconvenient hard time to wait and also gave you unhappy face. The eye doctor checked my daughters new hard contact lens about five minutes only. However they asked you to make an appointment to pick up lens. You cant walk in. They lied they need to take time to check new contact lens when you come. The crazy thing is this lens arrived ten days ago, but they didnt call you to pick up immediately. Finally we called the store and they asked you to come on June 8,2023. My daughter got mad and they said we can come yesterday early afternoon. Their store is not busy. Not too many customers. Employees are more than customers. Their prices are more expensive than Lens Crafters. Dont recommend to go there . Its terrible store!
