As my husband and I near our one year anniversary, I cannot be more disappointed in the lack of communication after the wedding and irritated that we still do not have our wedding pictures. Prior to the wedding, Rehrmann Photography​ was awesome with responding to emails and phone calls dealing with my silly questions. Our engagement photos were perfect and we received them in a timely manner. During the wedding day, they were phenomenal. Lisa helped keep me calm, she also made me feel really comfortable during the before pictures. We were in awe of the pictures that we have seen. No here is the horrible part...I would not recommend Rehrmann Photography at all based on the experience we have been having since wedding day. As i said, my husband and I are 8 days away from our one year anniversary and we still have not received the pictures on the dvd (which we paid extra for the printing rights!!) As most people would assume, as soon as we got the link to our preview which was back in end of July/August, I figured the pictures would be immediately following. Between my husband and I, we have emailed and called multiple times between November and now. We have gotten very very few responses to email (they have not returned a phone call at all), which have been very short, unapologetic, and have not answered any questions we have had. We have been told three separate things about our album, and we still have yet to see a preview of it. So if any of you brides-to-be are looking for a photographer, I would stay away from this one because you will not receive your pictures! It is very frustrating that the only pictures I have from my wedding day are the ones family members have sent to me. I would not waste money on Rehrmann Photography because we paid them to do what, take pictures then stop responding to us?

I highly recommend Rehrmann Photography! Bill is professional, patient, timely, and talented…I am thrilled with the gorgeous photos of our family. Our two little girls, aged seven and four, are not the most cooperative when it comes to staying still or listening to directions (especially while having family portraits taken). So, I had some anxiety beforehand getting everyone ready, trying to keep hair combed and dresses cleaned, and getting myself together as well. But Bill knew just what to say and do to get the poses that would be best…in a fun and relaxed way. He even put me at ease! Within a few days, we had the photos on the site to view. Wow! The portraits far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful posed portraits and some really sweet moments were captured between my husband and me and our two daughters when I didn’t even realize Bill was photographing us! Highly recommend! Fantastic!
