I would highly recommend not using this company at all. I had a leak from my hallway bathroom that came through my kitchen ceiling. So I filed a Homeowners claim with Liberty Mutual on the water damage that resulted from this leak on June 10, 2021. PuroClean of Elkton sent out a Mold Specialist (Nick) to my home on June 22, 2021 (12 days after I originally reported the sudden loss to my home) and unfortunately I was at work during the time of this inspection. The Specialist told my wife that there was only one small instance of mold in our kitchen ceiling and that there shouldn't be any mold in the bathroom because there is cement board behind the tile (All of this information was/is a blatant lie). The Specialist was also quick to point out how much "our" deductible is and that it would be in "our" best interest to not file the homeowners claim. I have attached the pictures of the mold that "is not" in our bathroom and it was quickly discovered there is no green board or cement board in the bathroom it is all drywall since the home was built in 1968. I quickly reached out to PuroClean and spoke to the head of their Operations (Arcadia) and also sent the Specialist (Nick) the pictures of the mold that he somehow couldn't locate in our bathroom. Arcadia agreed there was mold and that the original inspection was not completed correctly and sent out their Supervisor Mark on June 25, 2021, to conduct another inspection of the sudden loss that occurred in my home. During this process Mark located several instances of mold and growth in my bathroom, bathroom walls and kitchen ceiling and also went through a brief work description of what his company would do to fix this matter. Mark informed me before he left that he would write up a report and send it to his office for them to come up with an estimate. Mark was also aware of this being a Homeowners claim and that he had personally worked with "Bev" (Liberty Mutual Insurance Adjuster) in the past on other claims. I then received updated documents from Liberty Mutual and low and behold I find that Liberty Mutual is using PuroClean's inspection report from June 22, 2021 and not the most current and accurate inspection from June 25, 2021. I have called into the office numerous times and spoke Meghan and ; who I was led to believe is the owner of this Branch, Ed. Both have made empty promises to "get right back to me" and "we will see what we can do" with all instances resulting in absolutely nothing. Either this Branch is completely disorganized with their overall operations or they just don't care about their customers. I would have to believe Ed is not the owner of this Branch because an actual owner would not tolerate this kind of unprofessionalism under their leadership or maybe this is something that Ed not only stands for but also embodies in his overall leadership abilities or lack there of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE NOTE IN THE OWNERS RESPONSE THEY FAILED TO ADDRESS GIVING AN INSURANCE COMPANY A FALSE INSPECTION REPORT (6/22) AND THEN BLATANTLY FAILED TO AMEND THEIR INSPECTION FINDINGS (6/25). THIS IS THE REPORT THE INSURANCE COMPANY WAS STANDING BY. ALSO, THE OWNER REFERENCED US SPEAKING ON THE PHONE AND IN THAT CONVERSATION THEY INFORMED ME THEY WERE WORKING ON A WORK DESCRIPTION WITH A PRICE RANGE OF THE WORK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE/WORK AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING FOR. BE CAUTIOUS OF PEOPLE WHO WITHHOLD INFORMATION THEY LACK INTEGRITY. Service: Mould inspection
