    Totally rip off company. Its very hard and tough to deal with them. We have our guest tank installed by the builder and I literally fight with the builders. How the hell theyre being referred to this company with them no one should do a business with them. Theyre very very Unprofessional all the care about is looting your money thats all their prices is so high a lot of other companies out there but Im stuck with them Its not impossible to get rid of them. If I would have an option I would literally take them to consumer Court and sue them.

    This company is a disgrace do not ever select them as your supplier or company for anything. They referred me to a company under them for installation of a furnace and two A/C units plus a hot water tank. Two years later Company went out of business without notice and SchagrinGAS gas doesnt honor any warrantys offered by the company and charge outrageous prices for service visits. Not only that they are not willing to work with you if you go through any financial difficulties. The most they offer is the payment plan which they continually raise the prices on without notice. I inherited this company due to the prior owners leasing the tank. The customer service is a joke and rude. The representative Carol A. Gearheart is rude and extremely disrespectful she will call you with an attitude and if youre trying to work with the company for payment her attitude just gets worse and she has zero empathy for anyone. You can pay all past due balances and they will still demand same day payment because they kicked you off budget billing and want the full payment the same day. If you dont pay they will disconnect your service the next day. No 30 days or even 14 day notice is given before disconnecting your service even if youve paid for all the propane already delivered to you and already in the tank. This company is immoral and needs to be shut down.

    Dont walk, but run away from this company! Worst company I ever dealt with. They came and took my buried propane tank after I already paid them for it. Never even got an apology!

Dear Ms. Franklin, we noted that we came out and our service tech recommended that your system be replaced. Being that we have our own HVAC division since the early 70’s, I’m not sure why someone would refer you to another company. We gave you a quote, but you stated we were too expensive, and went with another company. I’m not sure where any company would “HONOR” a warranty claim, if they did not specifically install the system, unless the the company that installed the equipment was bought out by another HVAC company, and even then, that is debatable. When you bought the house we sent out an information/welcome packet to introduce ourselves. If you did not want to use our company, you could have notified us and the tanks would have been removed. We do have the contract you signed in 2020 if you’d like to review again. Your bill went up for several reasons, failure to make payments, balances carried over from previous months, and your usage also increased. You were removed from our LPP, due to several attempts to auto-draft your payment and it was declined. Several attempts have been made to collect payments, but unfortunately we did not receive any calls back or emails to help reconcile the balance. If you have any further questions please give us a call at 302-658-2000.
