        I don't recommend this property. HOA fees are $157.00 in January and June. Homeowners have to pay an additional $400.00 which is due January 1st of each year. So by January 1st, you have to pay $557.00. A lot of families can not continue to pay this every year. Instead RAL Utilities, LLC will drag you to court, on top of additional monies will be due. Looking to sell my house.
