I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. Had I known that the order through "Ava's" online service was going to be sent to this florist the order would have been cancelled. I was not happy with the quality, at all. The only thing I can say is that the order was delivered on time. No satisfaction from the florist or Ava's. Lesson learned. Never again.

This place is a disgrace my wife and placed an order with Samantha for a graduation arrangement for our daughter and when we went to pick them up they were not fresh at all and she still over charged us, prior to that my wife had another graduation arrangement for the next following week and with in the first two hours Samantha called my wife’s phone stating that she will not be able to make the arrangement because her flowers haven’t came in yet.... she knew this long before thanks for the inconvenience!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter selected this florist for her wedding flowers. We paid extra to have a template bouquet made so we could see the finished product prior to the wedding. The template looked nothing like the pictures we provided to Samantha. Samantha agreed to make another bouquet at no additional charge and the second was acceptable. The saga continue however, the wedding flowers did not arrive at Mountain Branch as scheduled at 3:30. Samantha did not answer the phone after multiple attempts....She eventually showed up with the flowers while the ceremony was taking place at approximately 4:15 (the ceremony was performed without flowers). She said she had an emergency that made her late and still wanted to be paid for the flowers....I would not recommend this small business to anyone.
