        We recently purchased a home and Dunkirk came highly recommended by our builder. They were fantastic! John came out and met us on a weekend for our convenience, measured the whole house and helped us choose the most cost effective approaches for our needs. He also showed us some amazing treatments we had never seen before (for the porch, and also some cordless light blocking shades that disappear when open for the bedroom). He wasn't' pushy, just knowledgeable. Very impressive guy, military background, 100% trustworthy, extreme attention to detail. I was especially impressed with the installation. One of the blinds was a tiny bit off because the window was not square. Not his fault, and honestly I didn't even notice. John pointed it out and said over time it was going to cause wear to the shade. So he spent another 2 hours or so taking it down, shimming the window and adjusting the shade until the fit was perfect. I was blown away - no one else would do that or certainly not with an extra charge - but John wouldn't quote until it was perfect, and never charged an extra nickel. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Jonathan
