        This is about the horrible customer service experience that my husband had with the SUPERVISOR at this location. It all began because my husband wanted to use a $100 bill to pay for $60 of subs. This woman at the cash register employed some of the worst customer service skills that my 60 year old husband has encountered. For whatever reason, $100 are not acceptable. My husband could have used a credit card, no problem. He ended up just leaving without the subs, then called into the store to express his disappointment and heard this woman LAUGHING at him! He was dumbfounded that someone in a customer service job would be so ignorant about the most basic customer service requirements. Hey Lady...get a job where you don't interact with the general public. To see how you upset my husband. There is NO EXCUSE, so don't even try.
