Mattress Warehouse of Dunkirk

I visited Mattress Warehouse in Dunkirk, MD to purchase a Queen mattress for my new home. Both the Manager and Assistant manager were very friendly and greeted me right away. Susan, the Assistant Manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. She took the time to educate me about the importance of a good nights rest and why your mattress is such an important part of that. She wasnt pushy nor did she rush me to make a decision. In fact, she made a point to leave me alone a few times so I could lay on the mattress and really make sure it was the right fit for me. I so appreciated that. I have had the opposite experience in other stores and made a decision because I felt pressured. If youre in the market for a new mattress, visit this location!

I've made a few purchases over the years at this specific location. I've always received great product and service. I recently purchased a new bed for myself and it was a great experience. Ramona was knowledgeable, helpful and just all around awesome to work with. I highly recommend their service and please visit Ramona.

I want to let anyone who is looking for great service, great response time and a great product to go to Mattress Warehouse of Dunkirk MD. Ramona helped me through every step in the process of buying two Tempur-Pedic mattresses with Adjustable Bases. She is so knowledgeable and helpful; never sales pitchy or high pressure. We love our new beds. We sleep better and deeper than ever before. It definitely has a positive effect on our lives. My thanks to Ramona and Mattress Warehouse for a great experience.

We went to the Mattress Warehouse in Dunkirk and Ramona did an awesome job helping us. We had a credit from a mattress that was deemed defective, so she showed us mattresses in the same category as the one we were replacing. She also showed us various other mattresses, all at different price points. She was very knowledgeable and very patient as we made our decision. No pressure at all. Ramona was a pleasure to deal with. Delivery and removal of the old mattress was scheduled in a timely manner, and was easy. Would definitely return for a future purchase, and we highly recommend Ramona and Mattress Warehouse.
