        Avoid this place at all costs, they should not need an appointment to resend a referral, they DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENT INMIND JUST $$$$ shady shady shady place and theres a handful of options in Parkville alone

        I am never able to call their office because they never answer. They ignore patient needs and forget to send referrals repeatedly. Im changing my primary. I have been a patient here for some time but this place has continuously been getting worse. I always end up having to call countless times for something as simple as getting an appointment for reminding them to send me a copy of my referral.

        Typical ignore patient needs practice. Charge MD rates for suboptimal NP care. Office manger should never speak to a patient again. I should have left when Dr. Alex did. Lesson learned. Also, never met the Dr one time. The NPs refusal to assist with a treatment issue and the Office Manager being an uneducated redneck are reason to leave

        If I could score a zero I would. Ive been going here for over 3 years. You can save yourself a trip and go to WedMD and getter better help than wasting money on a copay to see a provider here. Providers can be very condescending and their approach is to be reactive rather than be proactive. Very unfortunate.

      Randy, I'm sorry you had the experience you had at our office. I am the office manager and I have never spoken to you. We charge rates that are fair and balanced and are according to what your insurance company allows. You can request to see the doctor at any time. We would be happy to schedule you with him on his next available open time. It is our practice that we offer one of our NP's if you are unable to wait for the doctor's next available appointment. Please call the office and ask for the Practice Manager and I will be happy to speak with you so that I can further assist you with any questions or concerns that you have. For clarification, Alex was also an NP.
