I went here today knowing i had the flu. It's that time of year. I was hesitant about going after reading some of the reviews, but It was my closest option. The wait time was long. I arrived at 8:50 and was called back at 10:25. Everyone i dealt was was very pleasant, so im not sure why all the bad reviews.

Despite a full waiting room, the staff are pleasant and kind. Move ppl along in a steady manner. Triage was quick and efficient. Very impressed with the service.

I don't understand why this business is called "Health Matters". As soon as you get to the window they have a giant red sign that notes they cannot help you if you have a severe headache, chest pains, shortness of breath, severe weakness along with about 8 more symptoms that you will be referred to the ER for. The lady that checked me in was very nice and respectful but the older lady who called me up was very obnoxious and did not care about any type of privacy since you could hear every word she spoke loudly from the back window to the front door. She was very short and not welcoming at all. As soon as I told her I was new to the area and did not have insurance she made me feel as if i didn't matter. I understand if the business cannot treat without payment if you have no insurance, but you expect a person working in healthcare to actually at least act like they care.
