        EXCELLENT, PROMPT, SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!!! NOT SAYING THAT THE HAGERSTOWN CLINIC IS BAD BUT.....THE WAIT ISN'T AS LONG AND LORI VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TREATS PATIENTS WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT!!!!! WOULD RECOMMEND IDEALOPTIONS TO ANYONE WHO REALLY WANTS TO GET BACK ON THE RIGHT PATH! HAGERSTOWN OR CUMBERLAND! ( I PERSONALLY PERFER CUMBERLAND THO!

        The staff are very nice, kind, and courteous, and pretty professional. I have most experience with the Cumberland office. Though strict, they also try to be fair.

        Not very crazy about this place. U don't see a doctor in person. U talk to the doctor via Skype. Then u have to wait up to 2 days to be able to pick up your medication. Because they are out of Washington state. Just my personal experience wasn't a very good one. God forbid u need to call customer service. U can hardly ever get through to anybody. And when u do if your lucky u will get a call back the next day.
