        I have been going here for two years and used to love it. For the past 6 months refills are always late, the phone does not even ring anymore, today is my last day as a patient. Not sure how you can run a medical practice this way. Elevators are broken, bathrooms are broken, this place has totally fallen apart.

        Horrible staff, management and to get a straight answer from them in the same day or in a timely fashion is a joke. Love how they put people’s health and mental health in jeopardy but why do they care? Just money to them and they aren’t the ones suffering or hanging on. Well done Gonzga family health and Amanda king. Your PCP is Suppose to be able to be someone you can trust, feel safe and be reliable and not risk a patients health.

        I went to the Frostburg office. It was a perfect experience!!! The staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a doctor or PCP.
