Was driving to the airport rental to drop off my car rental this evening. Called this taxi service an hour beforehand to set up a pickup. I provided the address and the desired times for pickup. Repeated the address THREE times.
On my way to the car rental, the cab driver calls me asking for the address. I’m driving and have no access to the address at this point. He says okay, no problem and let’s me go.
I arrive at the rental, give the car back and walk up front to wait in the taxi pickup area. The cab driver calls me again. Saying he’s there and he again asks for the address. If he’s there why does he need an address? I told him I’m the only person standing there. He then tells me (after telling me he’s already there by the way), that cars can’t go to where I am. This is untrue, I’m staring at several Uber’s, taxis and cars are driving in and parking. I told him this and he begins YELLING at me and raising his voice. I checked him, told him not to yell at me. If he needed the address ages ago he should have called his office that provided him the address in the first place. He then tells me he’s only 5 mins away. I thought you were here!? Are you here!? There!? Anywhere?
I was so upset. I hopped into one of the waiting cabs. As a woman riding solo, I’m not getting into a car where the driver is rude and yelling at me. RIDERS BEWARE. Do not use this car service if you expect to be treated well.

Great Great Company....my experience was excellent. The driver was very helpful.
