        Constantly having issues with the program. I call for assistance and the answer is always we don't have those capabilities" I will put in a request to update". Updates never happen. No chip technology for credit card payment. We pay 3.5% to 4% for entering numbers manually. Constantly getting booted off in the middle of sessions with no answer. Losing alot of time talking to tech support and having to start over every time I'm booted off. We've invested so much time and money into this program I wish w could get better results.
