Karen Eagle is beyond excellent! She is thoughtful and kind, and yet a deft negotiator and fantastic advocate for us. She's very organized and kept us in the loop with every conversation that she had with sellers' agents. In this tough market, she was exactly the agent that we needed to ensure that we got the property that we wanted at a reasonable price. Even after the purchase, she has continued to help with renovations and design. We can't speak highly enough of her!
