image UPDATE: A week after filling out the link that MedStar provided in their reply, I have yet to hear anything from them, and the payment has failed to process twice since then. I guess I have no choice but to go to the DC Office of the Attorney General as their business practices are a serious threat to consumers.
Once again I have to leave a one-star review for MedStar because my experience is laugh-out-loud infuriating. I have been trying create a payment plan for an ER bill from June for several weeks now. However, their website won't accept Google Pay, nor will it accept my debit card (there are no issues with the card attached to either account). Since it's 2022, I don't have physical checks and I'm not taking time out of my day to go to a bank each month. They have a totally dysfunctional customer service department where you are endlessly on hold and then their agents have no idea what they are doing, and you are just directed to go to the website. It's such a shame that this company has taken over virtually every hospital in the DC area; the DC Attorney General should investigate how these critical services are run and operated with such ineptitude. Seriously don't deal with MedStar unless it's a life-threatening emergency.

image medstar georgetown university hospital killed my husband doctors treat him wrong he was unable to speak English they did not had translator for our language i beg them that and told them many times they did not listened they did not gave him medication which he suppose to take asked them many times but they did not listened mu late husband was in hospital from 08/25/22 to 08/30/22 and every day they brought many students to practice on him he was crying, begging but icu butchers did not listened at all icu Doctors are worst and heartless doctors please please don't go to medstar otherwise you will regret like me icu nurses are the worst also nurse manager aby took my husband,s phone and turned it off I called there many times that I need to speak with my husband they did not allowed me I was on hold like hours and then disconnect my phone try to call my husband's cell phone but aby finally turned his phone off it was nightmare my husband died because of icu nurses and doctors only on nurse Ian was positive thing in that icu ward i wish I couldn't go to medstar georgetown so my husband would still alive but I can only regret can't do anything
