we came to office for blood work at suit 201 and didnt had any mask with me. she asked me to go get one. I didnt had any in my car . I asked her can I get one because I dont have any in my car nor theres any deli market where I can buy at this time . shes like we have to see what the Dr would say about it. She is light skin color wear eye glasses with black redish hair . she was already in phone talking, and not treating us good, Why being rude when we didnt do anything wrong to her. I went in other office to ask them. they said we cant give you because youre not patient here. we can provide only to our patients who have appointments with us . since the mask is NOT required anymore in MD. if its required in this medical office they should provide it , like any other clinic or office.

Came to to this office twice and I would never come back here ever again .The scheduling coordinator double books appointments my appointment was at 10:20 in the morning , I didnt get seen by a doctor until 11:12. This is so unprofessional! They shouldnt run a business like this , they should really consider what it would feel like if they were the patient . Oh and there is more when you call to schedule an appointment they put you on hold for 10 mins . Please dont come to this office ,if you want better patient care look somewhere else. Dr.Muthy is a awesome doctor but the wait to see her is not worth it .

Waited 60 minutes past my appointment time and still hadn't seen the physician. I walked out. There were no emergencies or other reasonable delays. Absolutely ridiculous. This is private medicine: I'll find another provider who values timeliness for those of us who work.

My physician is great, it's just hard to get an appointment with him at times. Which is not his fault. His nurse has lack of concern for patients well being, when someone in the medical field looses companion, they should look for another profession.
