        Do not go here. My caramels tasted like sanitizing wipes. Are you aware that they have disinfecting cleaner for food service? It's not difficult to google "are sanitizing wipes okay to use on food preparation tables?" Clearly no.

        Came here on 12/17 before 10pm. It was indeed a long line. The woman at the register said you guys can order ice cream, but no toppings. That is extremely poor customer service. But I am sure they were happy that we all left. Would never visit here again! Way to do business!

        Yesterday I ordered two large ice creams and was delivered two small ice creams-- but don't worry the staff put the small bowls into a large bowl. This is not an isolated incident. I have ordered multiple ice creams and received only one, gotten completely wrong ice creams, and had staff literally ignore portions of my order when ordering in person. Terrible location with terrible staff, go to any other cold stone in Maryland but this one.
