FBD Fence Company

Inquired about fencing, we were 'on the fence' about chainlink vs. wood but wanted a wood front yard. wanted a quote for WOOD fencing for everything to see what it would cost. Was told in an unprofessional manner to go elsewhere and that they did not want my business as it wasn't enough of a project for them (half a back yard and a front yard. over 250 linear feet) 2 stars because I never got to see the finished work in person and it may have been good. If you don't do residential projects then put that on your site.

We just got our fence installed by FBD Fence, along with our next door neighbors. They did both houses in one day, but the even more amazing thing is that they didn't cut on quality to do it. Every fence post has a concrete footer, and the gates work well. We had quotes from two other companies and FBD was the lowest price even when one of the other companies was only going to install concrete footers on the gate posts and not on any other posts. My kids and dogs love the new yard, and my wife and I feel much better about letting them play outside. My neighbors are happy with theirs as well. The total turn around time from Doug coming out the first time to the fence being installed was only about a week.

This started as a 5 star review, but their unresponsive to my request to give them more business has caused the review to drop to a 2 star review. Fences by Doug built a fence for me, but when I called them to request a door be put into my fence they did not respond. I contacted them via their website, left messages and spoke with a live person. I never received a call back or email in response to my messages. Service: Wood fence installation
