Copeland's of New Orleans

This restaraunt is horrible please listen to the bad reviews... the wait for food is really an hour no matter what... there is a drip in the back(kitchen)that u can see from the restaraunt that drips directly on plates in the kitchen..... we happened to look up and I swear this employee was digging in his nose (wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't our server) he walked up like nothing was wrong... didn't even attempt to wash his hands..... I was so excited to eat ... food safety should come do a review

Service Terrible. Food delivered and we did not have eating utensils so we asked the waitress politely if she had some eating utensils and she replied "yes" and walked away and that was the last we saw of her. Food was already cold to begin with as we waited patiently for her to return. We had to go to the bar to get refills on water and our eating utensils. No Joke.

I've never written a review before, but I had to inform people of this Copeland's.On top of the garbage smell of the restaurant, the service we experienced by the server Dante was atrocious. He came up to our table and when we told him we weren't ready to order, he disappeared for about 15 minutes. Another waiter approached our table and dropped two random plates of food on our table. We told him we hadn't even ordered yet and the random waiter disappeared. When Dante showed back up, he asked were we ready for the check. We were so confused because we hadn't even ordered. He should have known we hadn't ordered because he's our server. We finally placed our order and when Dante gave us our food, my boyfriend's jambalaya pasta had a piece of raw chicken in it. We alerted Dante of it and he walked away with the plate saying he would get my boyfriend another jambalaya; my boyfriend did not want another jambalaya. When the manager came to our table, she apologized and said the jambalaya was coming soon but we told her to stop the order because we never asked for it. Dante returned to ask again did we want another meal and we told him no and requested the check. They took the pasta off the check and we left immediately. We will not return to this location.
