Wasabi Bistro

I ordered Salmon sushi and sashimi through Uber Eats. Gari (pink pickled sushi ginger) was gone bad and I could smell and see white fungus on the surface. I didn't eat Gari but the actual food might have touched the fungus when everything inside the food container was squished together (probably because of car riding?).

This really cute little Japanese shop was a great experience. On the simple side, but sushi was delicious and my friends enjoyed their food as well (one got chicken soup, and one got chicken teriyaki noodles). The workers were also very welcoming and nice, especially when they learned it was our first time coming to eat there. Reasonable priced, will be back again :)

Ive never had such a flavorful crab Rangoon tbh. These are something special. And their homemade sweet sour is awesome too!

I was looking for a bento box that included tempura, but I could not find one so I ordered the tempura bento box. My meal came with tempura, soup, salad, edamame and plain white rice. They have seats inside but its really more of a takeout joint. The tempura was good but probably fried a little too long and did not come with typical brown dipping Sauce. I don't eat a lot of fried food so for me this meal would be better shared between two people as its a lot of fried food. Everything else taste as you would expect. The plain rice could have used some sauce; I ended up taking it home and making fried rice out of it for another day. I had the Thai bubba tea with milk, it's a powdered drink and I didn't think much of it. You get a lot of food for the money, but in hind sight I probably should have ordered a different bento box. Honestly, Im not a fan of take away bento boxes.
