        Giovanni was awesome. He was able to figure out the problem on my account. I have had continuous issues with the tmobile phone reps in the past and i really felt like Giovanni was looking out for me and cared about my issues

        People in the store had no idea about anything. I asked about my payment date, the deposit and how to cancel and everything they told me was wrong. When I told them that it wasn't that way they looked at me like I was stupid. Not helpfull at all.
