        This store makes it really difficult to try to continue shopping local. I spent a chunk of money at Cohen's for my teen boys for Christmas and so naturally, I needed to return some items. The return process is a hassle and it is not warmly received. I don't even think they said "thank you." Only store credit is offered after 10 days! Also, the salespeople follow me when I am shopping - very rude and uncomfortable. Bad service. I like the products but I can get them at Nordstrom hassle free and easily returned, along with much nicer customer service.
