Ramada Limited Cockeysville

I recently stayed at the Ramada Inn Limited in Cockeysville, Md, my room was super clean and to my surprise the hotel is in a great location. Chick-fil-A, Walmart, Target and Food Lion are all literally in walking distance. The staff was super friendly, and I only regret not coming at a time that the pool was open

My son and I stayed several nights at the Ramada Inn Cockeysville, the rooms were super clean and the front desk offered menu's to the local restaurants. They are conveniently located on York Rd, everything that you could need is in walking distance. Plus there is a Chick-fil-A right next door. Plus their rates were really good! Ill be staying again, when we are in town again. Safety: My room was really clean, and the smoke detector looked brand new Walkability: Everything from Walmart to Chick-fil-A is in walking distance

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst place ever! I checked in, got comfortable just to look up and see 2 roaches crawling above my head. I went to the lobby to switch my room. The lady switched it so I then go to the new room. And there it was a dead roach stuck to the headboard. I then went back to the lobby and the lady switched my room again. I go to the new room, there wasnt any roaches at the moment. I went to sleep for about 4 hours just to wake up and see another roach crawling on the headboard. The place is filthy. Carpet is dirty. Sticky traps full of dead roaches, holes in the wall, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. I checked out and demand a refund because I didnt pay to sleep with roaches. A different lady said she has to wait for the manager to give me the refund and that she would call me. She hasnt called back at all. DIRTYYY!!!
