We were coming from a distance, so we appreciated that we were able to put a downpayment to hold the vehicle until we arrived, and that the vehicle was cleaned and gassed up in advance. Bert was very helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle, walking us through the purchase, and making himself available for follow-up after the sale.

Thought my engine was finished, as there was smoke coming out from under the hood. Fearing the worst, I had AAA tow my car to Anderson, even though there was a dealer close to where I was. Brian Reynolds diagnosed the problem as a compressor lock up on the air conditioner. He fixed it, and it works fine! (Now I realize why my car hadn't been cooling off enough--thought it was just age.) I've been taking my 2001 CRV to Anderson since I moved to Owings Mills, even though there is a place closer to where I live. They're so courteous, and they have a caf there that serves yummy food.
