Mr. Frank is awesome! The handyman I had scheduled pulled out of the project and Mr. Frank came to my rescue. He worked to all night to complete the job to ensure that I was all set. I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond.

If you choose to work with Frank and do not have a good experience you cannot say that you were not warned.  I hired Mr. Cain to do some minor repairs in the home of my 84 year old father who is suffering from some mild memory issues.  I live out of state and arranged for Frank to meet up with my father and then followed up with him over the phone to discuss what needed to be done, how it would happen and of course the cost.  He seemed competent enough and my father liked his personality so we proceeded to book his time.  To make a long story short Frank made a series of appointments and either showed up hours late, unprepared (after stating that he would come with everything that he needed to do the job), or ultimately not at all.  At this point he has stopped returning my calls to see when he plans to return and finish the job.  His work is sub par; he attached vinyl siding to the house using wood screws.  Its unsightly and buckles in the heat of the sun and was the wrong color.  He convinced my father that he would come back and paint the siding that he replaced with a matching paint and sent my father out to purchase the paint.  Frank has not returned to finish and is no longer returning our calls.  This is inexcusable behavior and I feel that he not only did a bad job but ultimately took advantage of my father and myself.  I would NOT recommend him to come to anyone's home.  I wish I could ad pictures of his workmanship.  In this case a picture really does say a thousand words!
