Was a patient of Dr. Dinesh loved her she was the best - professional, prompt in responding to questions! I seen two doctors there since her passing. The practice has gone downhill, just last week I had routine physical - I had to wait 20 mins for the doc and I was the only patient in the office and the doctor didn't respond to my email via portal or message. I had to schedule a follow-up to ask questions, which should never happen. I'm looking for a new doc.

Appointment at 930, I was told to arrive 20 minutes early for checkin. I arrived at 910, got checked in , and waited until 10 am. When I asked the front desk they said the doctor is few minutes delayed. Not being seen 30 minutes after your appointment is not a few minutes! Eventually they told me doctor wont even be able to get to me until closer to 1030, and the appointment wont end until after 11 as it was a 45 min appt. I had to reschedule to get back to work, after wasting 50 minutes waiting and not to mention the commute time back and forth.

The office doesn't accept patients with fever. They only do telework. Who needs them if they only will see you if you are healthy??

My doctor ordered a blood test. I was the only patient in the waiting area, and I waited for about 40 minutes for the bloodwork person to take me in. That didnt happen and I asked the front desk why it was taking so long even in absence of other patients. Well, I was left flabbergasted to learn the bloodwork person was leaving for lunch, and that it would be at least another 30 minutes before she returns. From the muffled phone dialogue between the front desk associate, who BTW is a wonderful person and always very helpful, I realized the bloodwork person was aware all that time she had a waiting patient. Eventually I had to go to a test lab in the same building, complete their registration, wait again to be taken in. The whole ordeal from the moment I was released by my doctor to the time I left the lab lasted over an hour, what was supposed to be a few minutes experience. The bloodwork person at the Comprehensive Primary Care office has zero customer service skills.

I did not receive quality care. My doctor of two years, Dr. Kodroff, lied to me in an appointment, telling me that she would increase my frequency of my pain medications. She said she had no problem doing this, TO MY FACE, "Why would I have a problem with this? You're active and have a sparkle in your eye." Then she didn't do that. She didn't refill my one of my meds at all, and then refused to call in a refill on another med. She never bothered to call me to tell me that she couldn't do the refill or to offer other suggestions. But when it came time to refill she left me with nothing. Empty and abandoned. It was awful. She set me up for failure. I tried to make an appointment to talk to her about this because I didn't understand. She refused. Her MA cancelled my appointment twice and told me the second time that Dr. Kodroff refused to talk to me. I came to her to be my primary care doctor, to be a central hub for my prescriptions and care and follow ups after a double lobectomy and four rounds of chemotherapy. I had seen her for two years and told her that recently my pain had increased. The med I take for pain that I wanted one extra dose of is Tramodol. My dose is way under the dose limit of the drug and she had been refilling it for two years. Well, I found out why my pain increased. My cancer is back. Dr. Kodroff is a quack. She has forgotten the part about, "First, do no harm." She hurt me badly. I have never had a doctor treat me this poorly, ever, and I am 68 years old. I will never pay this bill. I will never recommend this practice. There is not one person in this office who has a heart. BTW All of their 5 star ratings are either 3 years old or they are for a doctor that has passed away, who was apparently well loved. No one is happy there now.
