Awful (Comcast has better customer service) AVOID - Large Factory - No one cares it is all about volume and $$$$$ - Rude reception long wait and when you have a problem you cannot talk to anyone without scheduling an appointment months from now

It took one month of fruitless phone requests called to their unresponsive phone system to finally get a prescription refilled. APRN Feder is kind, respectful, competent and responsive to patients when their awful admin system finally notifies her of patient requests. Great practitioner, but their admin setup and support staff is killing them.

I don’t write bad reviews but I feel obliged to warn others in this case. My appointment with the dermatologist was pleasant, but after that everything has been downhill. I have been unable to get my prescription because of admin incompetence at this office over the past 3 weeks. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get in touch with someone from this office to submit a pre authorization for my prescription. It took me calling multiple times a day for a week to even get someone who could help me on the phone. I was told they would complete my needed paper work a week and a half ago but when I called my insurance today they said nothing had been submitted. I am considering making a second appointment at another office just so that I can get the medicine I need. I am an understanding person but I really can’t fathom how this office can be run so poorly with disregard to their patients. It’s been incredibly frustrating and hope others don’t have to go through the same experience.
