image Absolute worst insurance co. with the worst CS. Go with Progressive or anyone else if you have Geico drop em they wriggle their way out of paying claims due to monetary tightening. I have filed a lawsuit and am confident I will win as I have concrete evidence of time of incident. I will not settle w them, its' over a mere 3k, it's not about that I could care less, it's about making Geico pay more for lawyer fees and being a pain in their neck. They messed with the wrong customer. Detestable co. with detestable cs from the ceo down. You know what they say runs downhill.

image Denied my claim despite concrete evidence of a loss of tire pressure at 12:45a and a witness who is not related to me. Did their stupid Zoom video wasted two months of my time. Filed a lawsuit, they will not walk over this customer they will pay up.

image I have never had to file a claim, this review is specific to customer service and accessibility. I started a new policy with another insurance company and canceled Geico. Over the past year my bill has gradually increased by more than $25 a month. I had to do this online through the chatbot, thankfully I am knowledgeable with computers - I feel badly for anyone who struggles with technology.
I was supposed to be issued a refund, which was not issued. I knew most likely I would be billed by both insurance companies because that time frame has to be exact to prevent it from happening. I got an email confirming my cancelation so I thought everything was good.
Days later nothing was even pending for a refund so I tried to contact Geico. First I tried to respond through the email they sent me, that just bounces back. I logged into my account which shows my policy canceled, the only option the chatbot would give me now is to reinstate my policy. I tried to find another email address which was impossible.
I called every number they have listed concerning auto insurance. Every single number did the same thing. You are forced to do with the automated call assistant first even if you request agent or press 0 a hundred times. Eventually, if you get the combination of information suitable to it she will say 'let me get you to an agent' but that's a trap. You're on hold for just a few seconds before she comes back and says "geico no longer offers quotes for auto insurance over the phone" and directs you to their website.
Once you cancel, you're not getting ahold of anyone. I'm not sure if you can while your policy is active to be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if they have just tried to replace everything with AI at this point. I'm left with no other options except to dispute the charge with my bank and file complaints.
