GEICO as a company knows nothing about customer services and customer satisfaction because they do not care at all, for them, there is only one important thing company policy the rest is useless. They DON'T even deserve a Star.

I have had Geico for over 8 years up and until October 16 2020 . I was involved in a accident and had 6 witnesses plus myself, totally being 7 ! My truck was hit from the right front side by a SUV that had drove off the road to his right turning back to his left (speeding) ! My passenger hollowed stop he is going to hit you so I braced myself and hit my brakes stopping less than two feet staying in my lane , he hit the right side of my fender and scraped my front bumper on that side ! However the MD State Police only took the other drivers witness who said that I hit the other driver in the rear(lied) ! To make a long story short , I was issued 2 tickets as if it was my fault, I called Geico and informed them that the other drivers witness lied and the kept telling me that they believed me for over 2- 3 months I told them not to pay the claim but they did because the other driver was white , Geico never called my witnesses and kept telling me that they believed me , well I got it straight getting the tickets off and the accident report amended which Geico told me they never had it ! Geico claim agent had a orbit ration meeting without calling my witnesses!So they paid the other driver, I I had it reinvestigated by MD State Police and they no fault the accident! I don’t have faith in Geico , I treated badly and lied to ! No one has called and when I called the claim adjuster she still hasn’t responded! Terrible…

The claim process was a joke. Made me the police report and pay outbid pocket, kept changing the rules on what needed to be done, their estimate was only half of what repair shop said needed to be done, booked a rental car for me out of Monterey, Mexico, average hold time 30 minutes, told by a supervisor it is our job to prove our innocence even though we have a police report to the contrary and Geico takes the word of their customers over others. What a joke of a company

What a bad insurance company! I had a car accident over a month ago. Dishonest claim adjuster. Professional liar. She intentionally put the fault on me. The police report clearly mentioned that I have the right way to go and the other driver has a stop sign, failed to yield on right and got a summons to appear in the court. They want me to take the fault to fix my car. But I am certain that it is not at my fault. Please think twice before you get the policy.
