We got the ball rolling for the actual work to be done and he gave the low down on the source of the issue. I really like the 5 year guarantee, but I doubt we will have any further issues. Great team of professionals. Provides timely and expert advice, as well as clear instructions on the work to be performed. In my opinion, FreshStep will outperform others in this field if they address insulation and finishing of the walls, but FreshStep is a solid, dependable resource for courteous and efficient mold remediation. I think they should also consider providing an annual duct cleaning service for customers interested in keeping their ducts clean to improve the air quality of their homes...if this is not already a service provided. Marcus was awesome! He came out, assessed the issue, gave a very competitive price and got to work asap!!!! Job was done as expected, he even went above and beyond to assess what the issue was with the home that may have caused the mold. As a customer service token, he even placed downspout extensions on the home to reduce a reoccurring water problem into the foundation. I would certainly recommend him again. And oh, he's a pretty funny guy once you get to speak with him over term of working with him :-)... that helped! Service: Mould removal
