Customer service at the Ritchie Station store in Capital Heights, MD was on point. When I entered the store, I was promptly greeted and assisted. The representative was nice, professional, knowledgeable and prompt to resolve my matter of adding a new line to my account. And the very chill music was also a plus. Will visit again if I need in person service.

The worst service I have ever had, I have been there twice, the first time, the service was great, very good, but I went for the second time and someone else took care of me. The truth is that that person has a bad character. The customer service shouldn't be very rude and poorly spoken. horrible experience
