We had an sewer line that needed an emergency repair. Catherine, at the service desk, was very helpful. Terry came out the day of our call to survey the situation, and he gave us an on-the-spot quote. Their pricing was the best! Terry found an opening in a crew's work schedule the following day and was able to make the needed repair within 24 hours of his site visit. Kimbal is an excellent worker and executed the repair plan without a hitch. Kimbal did a great in reviewing the close-out of the work with me - it made me feel confident that the work was done to a high standard. A follow-up call from Terry a day after the work was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction was much appreciated. We are 100% satisfied! We will be sure to call Winegar if we need any plumbing service (and HVAC service) in the future.

I woke up to a water heater not working when it's very cold and snowing outside. I called W.H Winegar. After a few hours, they came out and replaced my water heater. Ive used them few times for plumbing issues. Alway prompt, friendly and honest. W.H Wineger should be the first people you call for all your plumbing issues. Nothing but awesome and the best!!!

W.H. Winegar recently replaced our water heater. They were extremely accommodating, rearranging the schedule when the old water heater went from acting up to not functioning. They came when promised, did painstaking work in a very tight space, carefully checked their work, and honored their estimate. They left the area immaculate when they left - no dirt, no tossed papers, no scraps. That provided us with an added degree of confidence in their work, because people who take care and pride in the small details are much more likely to do so on the things that are more important. We will confidently use W.H. Winegar for any future plumbing needs.

Let's face it... emergency plumbing repairs are never a welcome thing, but If you want a hassle-free, worry-free experience call W H Winegar Plumbing & Heating. Everything about them is top-notch. They have done 2 jobs for me in the past few months and I'm thoroughly impressed with them. Things were flawless. From the initial call to the office to the final clean-up of the technician I felt that they valued me as a customer. Some things that impressed me are: 1) Excellent and efficient communication throughout the entire process. 2) Super fast on the response, the estimate, and the completed repairs. 3) Multiple options were offered, the pros and cons of each were discussed, and all my questions were answered. 4) The technicians are polite, respectful, and professional. Note the indexing marks the tech made when fabricating the blow-off drain on the water heater. Craftsmanship! The Winegar team has gone way beyond the status quo of simple "customer satisfaction", they have earned my customer loyalty!
