We special ordered a lift chair for our short disabled relative. The store workers were not friendly, but it was the only place in our area that had chairs for short people. The delivery people were great, and set it up and made sure it was working perfectly and showed us how to use it. Five years later, the chair motor has failed, and when I called their number, I got a fax squeal. So I drove to their store, and it was shuttered. A nearby store owner said they closed down without warning months ago. Turns out nobody sells or services that brand. So I had to contact the manufacturer, who said I should contact the seller. When I explained the situation, they finally were able to give me a number to call for 3rd party service.

I always thought the employees were rude but today an employee insulted me by saying she didn't like my doctor. I will shop elsewhere. So not professional.
