It's a few days after the first measurable snow fall we've had in the northeast in several years and my heat pump outside unit stopped working. I switched the system to emergency heat and started making calls for help. I got in contact with Will from Air Distributor HVAC and he was able to expedite my service request and got to my house within 1 hour. He gave my system a comprehensive look, diagnosed the problem with a high degree of confidence and provided a fair quote for fixing it. He applied the fix and then much to my surprise (and appreciation) he waited an extra hour to ensure there were no other contributing factors that could present a problem in this freezing weather. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism, but also his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my family is comfortable. All my future HVAC needs will referred to Air Distributor HVAC. Will, thank you very much for a great experience!
