        If I could give no stars I would. Worst pest control company I have ever worked with. Not trust worthy. Technician did not know what he was doing. Set a trap that was knocked over twice. Did not solve the problem.

        This is the best hornets nest business in DC. They took down my hive in ONE DAY, and the manager is very thoughtful and understanding. I greatly appreciate their services and will call them again ASAP if I ever need a hornets nest removed. Please use their services.

        Don’t use these guys to remove squirrels or raccoons from your attic. Had them come out three times and they were unable to catch the squirrels. After several failed attempts they eventually stopped answering my phone calls. Poor customer service

        My i intial appointment was scheduled for 9am, no one showed up until almost 10:30 and said he had me down for a 9-12 time frame. All that aside, i scheduled the service appointment and after confirming the day before, I took off work, only for the technician to call at 11:30 to say that he didn't have enough staff to perform the service. Naturally, I cancelled.
