My Home Warranty company referred this company to service my vent duct and the experience was completely unprofessional. The company came to my home unplanned, never did the work, excuses after excuses about getting the job done. I never except this service from a vet to vet. The man that was sent to my home by the home warranty company is wildly disrespectful to women. Newsflash buddy, it's 2022 and women own homes. He attempted to leave without assessing the issue he was called to my home for. After he finally determined the problem with my A/C unit, he refused to explain the issue when asked. He stated the warranty company would either approve him to do the work or send someone else and then he left. I called the warranty company to follow up and they informed me that they approved him to do the work the day before.  He never called back to tell us this. Because of this, I had to wait three more days in the heat of August for a repair. And guess who the warranty company sent...yep, this guy again!! He was just as rude today as he was on Friday. I'll be leaving this review on every public forum I can and with the home warranty but unless you are a man, DO NOT USE this company for any of your needs.

From what I see the mass majority of this companies business is through American home shield and probably for good reason. They might not stay in business if not for. Got assigned this company because it seems ost of the companies through American home shield won't go on the roof of a home without inside access, how that works in a city I'll never understand, but they came and stated the issue as they saw as for why my a/c was not working and then proceeded to quote me $1500 in total to basically tighten a few things and the bulk was for recharging the Freon. He quoted me $150 a pound for Freon (R410A) which the average price is from $50 - $80 a pound, so I already felt scammed from that alone. I contacted several other HVAC companies outside of the Warranty and not only did they it charge $250 to use their own ladder to climb on the roof the assessment fee they did charge went toward the payment of charging the a/c unit which was NOWHERE near $1500! American home shield really needs to do a better job with the companies they do business with.
