If it were an option, I'd rate this dealership ZERO stars. The customer service in the Chrysler Jeep Service Center is AWFUL!. I took my car in and had to call repeatedly to find out the status. Each time, I was told Rochelle, the service advisor, would call me with the status. She did not. I called and called and when I finally got in touch with her she was rude and defensive, and not at all concerned about providing me service. She was preparing to have the technician perform UNATHORIZED work on vehicle, but thankfully I was able to get in touch with her before this dealership took me for thousands of dollars. I tried talking to both service managers, Tasha and Tony but they were equally unconcerned. But gauging by the number of poor reviews that are directly related to Rochelle and the customer service, Ourisman obviously don't care because her behavior doesn't appear to have changed. After authorizing the appropriate work, Rochelle said she would call and let me know when my car was ready. Of course she did NOT. At this point, I was fed up and went to dealership. I thought maybe they were short-handed which was causing so many delays. To my surprize they were fully staffed, with employees appearing to be just standing around not engaged. Rochelle was surprised to see me and said, "I was going to call you." Needless to say, my car had been ready. I will NEVER, EVER, patronize or recommend this dealership.

Absolutely awesome people all the way around from financing to sales 2 telecommunications the best car buying experience I've ever had!!
