I wish there was an option for zero stars! I had to select one star to be able to post my comments. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! There are very rude, lazy, careless people in the office, and they are very disrespectful too! The worst management I have experinced! Blanca and Patricia refused to give me a receipt for money order because it was four minutes past 5 o'clock and they had to leave. So, they told me to leave the office and come back the next day or they would call the police. That's how bad the customer service is. I had to come back the next day to pay and get the receipt. That's how lazy they are. Maintenance is clueless and very rude too! They cannot fix anything and there are leaks everywhere. When they fix one thing, they break another, besides the fact that they always leave a mess behind. I cannot complain about maintenance to the office because the office employees are just as bad, and they stand up for maintenance more than the residents. They will shut the water off without giving you any notice frequently. kids ride bikes, scooters and skates in the parking lot and scratch the resident's cars ... If you see any good reviews it's because management is writing their own reviews to try to mask all the problems.
