Carrie was the best realtor!!!! The previous reviews were what caught our eye about Carrie, and we had the same wonderful experience helping an older relative sell her home. "Carrie's expertise, professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, caring, honesty, communications skills, and follow-through far exceeded our expectations when she sold our mom's house this spring. Carrie gave very us very specific suggestions about what to do to make this 60+ year old house sale ready. She has a very competent handyman and other helpful contacts to do cosmetic updates at a reasonable price that in turn brought much value to the price of the home. She priced the property right-on and we had multiple offers well over the asking price within a few days. Every aspect of the whole selling process was smooth, professional, well explained, and thoughtful. As we were selling the house from afar, Carrie kept us up-to-date continually with detailed emails, pictures, texts, and phone calls.
