When I went into Head Lice 911, I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Annamieke whom took my call the night before in a panic. She was prompt and scheduled me right away. After 5 weeks of torture, I finally decided to seek professional help. She took me through the process and 5 minutes into it, I forgot why I was there. My scalp was in rough shape with all the chemicals I used prior to the appointment. What I love about Head Lice 911, is it is all natural and a guaranteed service! If we ever have to go through this again, I will immediately reach out to Annamieke and her team. 10 stars and so much relief with their services.

I saw my Granddaughter scratching her head at the park last Saturday, I totally panicked again. Last year during the pandemic this same little girl was scratching and we all looked and thought it was hair product because her hair is African and lots of hair at that. But she was infested and passed them on to all the family. A total nightmare but fortunately Head Lice 911 was there for us and again this past Sunday. We called Kate Saturday and got an appointment next day. Although this time it was hair product and no live. Still is good to know that if and when life brings these buggers to our home that Annameike is always open and available. She is excellent with children and so sweet and patient. We had a great experience! The space is so child-friendly and the staff is wonderful. Head lice seems so overwhelming, but they take away all of the worries and make it a quick and painless experience. If we have to deal with this issue again, we will definitely be back!

The staff was very professional, friendly and gave amazing preventive maintence information. I would suggest this service to anyone that is unfortunate enough to get lice.
