I Was a customer for 12 years. I Switched to PROGRESSIVE when i moved and got a cheaper rate. When i made the switch allstate made an error and cancelled my policy a week too early. A month later i learned that my registration had been suspended due to a lapse in insurance for that week (their mistake) for the last month customer service has been giving me the run around and not fixing their mistake. Meanwhile, I have no registration. Its crazy that i have to get a lawyer for something so petty and easily resolvable, if they would just take accountability. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Staff sucks at this location as well. Cant remember the ladies name. But she always has an attitude when i call

Very Disappointed. I have been a client in good standing with Kevin for over six years. When I had a flood at a rental property, he really let me down. Allstate refused to pay me $14,000+ in lost rental income after a flood left my rental property unrentable during repairs. When I pushed back, Kevin was of no help and never even called me to discuss. He just left me to the national claims team, and they found a clause on page 68 of the policy that had obscure language. Since I was between renters getting the carpet replaced and wall repainted they would not pay me lost rent. They alluded to me getting a lawyer if I disagree with them. Kevin and his team were of no help every after repeated requests for help. Allstate covered the damages but not the lost rent. Which was 100% part of the policy. Sure, enough Allstate found a loophole and in my opinion Kevin and his team facilitated the bad experience.

I will never do business here again canceled my policy never told me they canceled after I made a payment and was told by Jackie that everything was fine and my insurance was good
