So I went online to get a quote for auto insurance and these people began to call me over and over and over again. 1 day I decided to hear them out and this girl named Katrina was like the most sweetest person and was very helpful and nice. I really liked her until I found out that 1-the rates that she gave me over the phone and on the original paperwork was not the price that Allstate began to charge me. The only reason why I switched over to them from the beginning is because she had lowered my insurance by over $100 a month and that was even with me adding another car to the policy with full coverage. She made this sound so good that I even opted to switch my house insurance over too. That was $257 cheaper a year! This was the biggest mistake that I ever made! My first payment was on the insurance was $160 more than my original insurance with Liberty Mutual. I kept getting letters from Allstate telling me my rates were going up and up and up. They contacted Liberty Mutual and cancelled my insurance on my house with them as to say that they were taking over my policy and low and behold - Allstate sent me a letter 3 months later telling me that they could not insure my property! I called these people over and over and over again. I left messages. I even emailed them about this and they never responded. If you get someone on the phone - they act as if they don't understand what's happening and assure you that their owner is going to call you and get this right - Yeah Right! Don't hold your breath waiting for that. I contacted Allstate and they told me that there is nothing that they can do and that I would have to deal directly with these people in order to get this policy fixed. I cancelled everything with them! I am done! Would you know - they still tried to debit my account for payment on a policy that I no longer have! Don't deal with these people at all! They will tell you anything and give you anything! They don't care! They will not respond to you! They will not contact you and they will harass you like a telemarketer to get their service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!

We have been passed around for the past couple of years with Allstate. This is now our 3rd agent. I called the agent during normal business hours with a question that needed to be answered right away and left a message and over a month later still haven’t received a call back.
